Shiverfest 2025

Many of our popular activities (pancake breakfast, chili cookoff and bingo to name a few!) were back for Shiverfest 2025. There were a couple of new events: Open Mic on Thursday night at the Mill Tavern and a music concert at the Manotick United Church featuring the Retrosonics on Friday night.
Proceeds of the Chili Cook Off and Trivia Night are for Manotick and Area Centre for Arts and Wellness (MACAW). This organization provides opportunities for seniors in the community - particularly those living alone - to participate in activities and social events.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Chili Cook Off. The winners are listed below. Every chili was a culinary treat.
The differential between the winners was only a few votes. We cannot wait to see what the cooks have in store for next year's event.

Children's Activities
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Manotick Public Library
There will be an in-branch scavenger hunt and crafts will be featured at Manotick Library from 2- 4 for children of all ages.
